Valerio Dallago: “Electromagnetism is the medicine of the future”
Into the secrets of Ionorisonance cures with Seqex devices by the entrepreneur from Trentino, inspired by William Ross Adey and Carl Blackman
Thanks to the particular devices branded Seqex, which emit electromagnetic frequencies customizable according to one’s needs, it is possible to promote the healing of many diseases and to improve considerably one’s quality of life. We talk about it with Valerio Dallago, a Trentino entrepreneur of great wisdom and spiritual depth.
Electromagnetism is the basis of life. It is scientifically demonstrated that electromagnetic waves, such as those emitted by cell phones (very high frequency) or electromagnetic fields emitted from the earth (low frequency), have effects on the biochemistry of the human body, modifying it. The disease can be considered as a loss of balance of a certain group of cells: low frequency electromagnetism can restore it without intoxicating the organism.
In the 80’s were the researchers William Ross Adey and Carl Blackman who, for the first time, demonstrated scientifically relevant biological effects in a culture of cells irradiated with electromagnetic fields of extremely low frequency and intensity. Today at Tel Aviv University they are studying how to promote post-training recovery in professional athletes or regenerate a damaged spinal cord by applying electromagnetic fields tuned to frequencies known as “Ionorisonance“.
The studies are conducted by Dr. Angela Ruban, who uses a device designed and manufactured in Italy. The patent of this device belongs to an Italian: Valerio Dallago, who brought his company, S.I.S.T.E.M.I. Srl, based in Cirè di Pergine in Trentino-Alto Adige and established in 1999, to be a finalist of the prestigious SME/Start Up Innovative Award “Swiss Federalism, GCBL and Milton Friedman” in Zurich, and who tells us about his work as an enlightened entrepreneur and his mission to improve the quality of life and health of both healthy and sick people.

To begin, please explain what your company is all about?
“Our company manufactures Seqex brand medical devices that are approved in Europe and Canada, which deliver specific electromagnetic fields for the recovery of people’s health and well-being. The devices offer various benefits: from relief in cases of traumatic or chronic pain or from serious illnesses, to improving rest and recovery for athletes: electromagnetic fields can change our lives. How does your equipment work? Are they easy to use?
“They consist of a control console that generates and modulates the electromagnetic signals and a series of accessories for applying the field both total body and locally. These devices have two destinations of use: professional (Seqex Med and Seqex HC) and home (Seqex Fam and Seqex Go). The first ones must be used by a professional who can personalize the treatment, choosing the most suitable program according to certain parameters. These devices are ‘intelligent’: they have a feedback system capable of detecting when the combination of data, chosen from 30 waveforms, 125 frequencies at various levels of intensity, produce the desired effect. For example, a seven-year-old girl with arthritis will need different treatment than a grandfather with the same disease. In fact, compared to the child, the elderly person has different bone density, different water percentage and electrolyte concentration, and so on. Precisely because of these differences, it is important to guarantee each person a targeted treatment given their specific needs. Home devices, on the other hand, can be used by anyone and the therapeutic programs are modulated by the professional according to the type of treatment indicated or chosen autonomously according to the needs of the user at home: ‘Fam’, for therapy at home, or ‘Go’ wearable, ideal for sports and travel”.

“How was S.I.S.T.E.M.I. Srl, your company that produces Seqex, born?”
“Since 1980 I had been working as a consultant in the financial sector. In 1995 I had a client who, because of a serious disease in a very advanced stage, spent depressed, on the sofa at home, his days waiting for the end. In January, I accompanied him to a presentation of an electromedical device that applied a single electromagnetic frequency to the entire body. He was invited to try it; he accepted, and at the end of the session he went to the bathroom, noticing that, unlike what had been happening lately, there were no more traces of blood in his urine. Surprised and amazed, he decided to buy the device and began to use it every day. In the months that followed, doctors noticed that his quality of life had improved, to the point that he even resumed working on his vineyard. In July of that year, he left peacefully. This experience not only changed my client’s short life, it completely revolutionized mine as well. I realized the enormous potential that the use of electromagnetism could offer mankind. It could help alleviate the suffering of many people, and so I decided to study the subject. The more I studied, the more fascinated I became by what I discovered. I soon left the financial sector. A brief experience in the marketing of those devices made me aware of their positive effects, but also of their limits: they were devices that applied a single electromagnetic signal, the same for everyone, but human beings are not all the same. My musical education taught me that the instruments of an orchestra produce a different sound, the so-called ‘timbre’, depending on the shape, size and material with which they are made. By analogy, I believe that the ‘human orchestra’ is composed of elements that are very different in gender, size, age and history, and therefore requires different ‘electromagnetic timbres’ to resonate with the therapeutic needs of each individual. It was thus that I decided to produce devices that could modulate electromagnetic fields according to the unique bioelectric characteristics of the individual to be treated.”

What is your specific technology based on?
“Our devices are based on the research of great scientists of the past such as Tesla, Burr, Becker, Adey, who dealt with the biological effects of electromagnetism. Among these, a fundamental role is played by Abraham Liboff, professor emeritus at Oakland University. In fact, in 1984 was held in Atlanta a congress on biological effects of electromagnetism. William Ross Adey and Carl Blackman, thanks to whom this type of treatment made a leap forward, presented the results of an experiment with chicken nerve cells, when irradiated with a field at 16 Hertz, increased by 30 percent the passage of calcium ions through the cell membranes. In that circumstance Abraham Liboff hypothesized that the effects observed by the two scholars were determined by the combination of the geomagnetic field with the applied electromagnetic fields, producing in the cells a phenomenon that in nature occurs normally at the edge of the ionosphere: the Ionorisonance (in English, “Ion Cyclotron Resonance-like”, ed). I met Professor Liboff in person in Boca Raton, Florida. He also came to visit me in Trento and attended the 2007 SIBE congress in Bologna, of which you can find information on the website www.sibeonline.com. He has been for me an exceptional teacher of life, a man of great culture and deep wisdom. One day he asked me: ‘Do you know how your equipment will be used in the future?’ He answered: ‘To grow plants in the spaceships that will lead the future explorers of the galaxy’…”.

What is the diatom and Ionorisonance experiment?
“It is an experiment with which Abraham Liboff demonstrated the biological working principle of Ionorisonance and allows us to understand how much a precise electromagnetic frequency is crucial for the life of creatures. Diatoms are unicellular algae with very fascinating shapes that move in water. When calcium is added to the water, they accelerate the movement; with the addition of potassium, they tend to slow down to a stop. The American professor discovered that, irradiating the diatom culture with the Ionorisonance frequencies of calcium or potassium without physically adding minerals to the water, they responded accordingly, starting to move more or less quickly…”.
The human body absorbs and produces electromagnetic signals. Can you explain how they can be used for people’s health?
“In the world of medicine, electromagnetic fields have already been used for a long time to investigate the health status of patients. Just think, for example, of X-rays, CT scans, magnetic resonance imaging or bioimpedance testing, the latter used a lot in nephrology and based on the passage through the body of an electrical microcurrent, in order to establish the state of hydration of the patient. And it is precisely through the patented bio-feedback, based on the bioimpedance of the Seqex Med device, that it is possible to verify the general health status of the person and conduct a test to personalize the treatment that, saved on a smart card, can also be performed on the ‘HC’ and ‘Fam’ devices”. Finally, the most evident effects of the treatment with Seqex concern a reduction of oxidative damage, improvement of microcirculation, reduction of inflammation and pain, as well as favoring the acceleration of regenerative processes after trauma or surgery”.
