The Family Card entitles you to receive a nominative numbered plastic card that allows access to the following services offered by our sponsors and partner companies

Enrolment procedure

To become a member it is necessary to fill out the form below for the application for membership and provide to make a transfer for the sum of 99.00 CHF by bank transfer to the coordinates shown on the side with the reason: “Association card Family Card”. Once the bank transfer has been received, the Swiss Federalism Association will send the association card to the member’s address.
