Una mappa dei territori europei interessati da movimenti indipendentisti

International federalist forum on December 7 in Switzerland

The Cultural Center of Wil in the Canton of St. Gallen will host the first forum with many localist, autonomist and independentist movements of Europe

The “International Forum of Federalist, Autonomous and Independent Movements of Europe”, which will take place for the first time at the Wil Cultural Center (Canton St. Gallen) on December 7, is a real shower of participants.
“Europe’s third way: Europe’s macro-regions as a democratic alternative to financial pan-Europeanism and nineteenth-century sovereignism”.
This will be the theme of the event, for which numerous movements all over Europe are strenuously fighting, especially in the aftermath of the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989.
The tension for the freedom of a single entity today regional or local and for the sovereignty of all peoples can not help but make their own the immortal dream of the “Twenty thousand San Marino”.

A world nourished by the dream of the “Twenty Thousand San Marino”

This is because, in the dream of an ideal indefinite multiplication of the so-called “Ancient Land of Liberty”, which has existed in central Italy since 301 thanks to a stonecutter named Marino who climbed a mountain, “the world would change radically for the better, because cultures and identities would be protected, peace would be established, and wars would become warlike“.
An initiative that, together with the relaunch of the “Sovereign Peoples” alliance, which has recently resumed form after some years of inactivity, can give new impetus to the localist battle, not only in the Italian geographical region, but throughout Europe: an Old Continent “of the people” and not of the banks.

Differentiated regionalism? A compelling dissertation

A seven-pointed movement, but with great potential

At the moment, the movements “Nuova Sicilia”, “Lega Sud Ausonia”, “M.A.T. Toscana Libera”, “Liga – Veneta Repubblica”, “Veneti d’Europa”, “Partito Sardo d’Azione” and “Cristiani Solidali e Uniti” have joined the association “Popoli Sovrani d’Europa”.
This is a challenge that, with its very current instances of self-government and self-determination of the territories, as well as the defense of identities and cultures against the impersonal technocratic supranational bodies that govern us and against globalization and its poisoned fruits, such as immigration and the power of multinationals, it is necessary to return again to the center of political debate.
Those interested in the happening, which will take place in Wil at number 10 of Titlisstrasse on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, can send an Email message to info@popolisovrani.it or WhatsApp to the phone number +39 334 333 0269.
