The sixth edition of the Swiss Internet Governance Forum will be held on June 21, 2021 in virtual form.
The content of the Swiss IGF was chosen following a public call for topics.
Participants will discuss the digital state, the role of the Internet and digitization in managing the crisis due to the coronavirus, but also digital inclusion, cyber attacks and media in the Internet age.

At the end of the virtual event, the most important results of the discussion will be adopted as “Messages from Berne” and forwarded to the global and European IGF.
Bernard Maissen, Director of the Federal Office of Communications (OFCOM), will open the Forum with a speech.
The Swiss IGF, launched by the Federal Office of Communications, brings together all interested parties from administration, politics, business, science and society to promote an exchange of views on concrete solutions for meeting the challenges and seizing the opportunities of the Internet and digitalisation.
