passagers<\/h1>\n<h3><em>Le 30 juin, les d\u00e9l\u00e9gations de l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne et de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration suisse ont convenu de modifier l&rsquo;annexe 1 de l&rsquo;accord sur les transports terrestres<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>La Suisse et l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne ont reconnu l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des droits des passagers des transports publics.<br \/>\nLors de sa r\u00e9union du 30 juin 2021, le Comit\u00e9 mixte Suisse-UE sur les transports terrestres a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 leurs r\u00e8gles respectives dans l&rsquo;annexe de l&rsquo;accord existant.<br \/>\nD\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2021, les passagers des transports publics en Suisse ont droit \u00e0 une indemnisation en cas de retards importants.<br \/>\nJusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, l&rsquo;indemnisation en cas de non-respect de l&rsquo;horaire \u00e9tait assur\u00e9e par les entreprises de transport sur une base volontaire.<br \/>\nAvec la loi f\u00e9d\u00e9rale sur l&rsquo;organisation de l&rsquo;infrastructure ferroviaire (OIF), le Parlement a cr\u00e9\u00e9 les bases l\u00e9gales de ce droit et, en mai 2020, le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a r\u00e9gl\u00e9 les dispositions dans une ordonnance.<br \/>\nLors de la 39e r\u00e9union du Comit\u00e9 mixte Suisse-UE sur les transports terrestres du 30 juin, les deux d\u00e9l\u00e9gations ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer les nouveaux droits des passagers dans l&rsquo;annexe 1 de l&rsquo;accord sur les transports terrestres.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a title=\"Galleria di base del Gottardo: in su fluidit\u00e9 du trafic<\/h4>\n<p>Ce faisant, l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne reconna\u00eet l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalence des normes suisses.<br \/>\nLe Comit\u00e9 mixte a \u00e9galement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de poursuivre la mise \u00e0 jour des sp\u00e9cifications techniques d&rsquo;interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 (STI) dans le domaine du transport ferroviaire, qui font \u00e9galement partie de l&rsquo;annexe 1 de l&rsquo;accord.<br \/>\nLa Suisse et les Etats membres de l&rsquo;UE ont pour objectif de r\u00e9duire les exigences nationales sp\u00e9cifiques ou de les int\u00e9grer dans des exigences europ\u00e9ennes harmonis\u00e9es et ainsi d&rsquo;optimiser davantage l&rsquo;interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 et la fluidit\u00e9 du trafic ferroviaire entre la Suisse et l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne.<br \/>\nLa 39e r\u00e9union du comit\u00e9 mixte, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par Kristian Schmidt, directeur des transports terrestres \u00e0 la Commission europ\u00e9enne, s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e sous forme de vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence en raison des limitations dues \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie.<br \/>\nLa d\u00e9l\u00e9gation suisse \u00e9tait conduite par Peter F\u00fcglistaler, directeur de l&rsquo;Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des transports (OFT).<br \/>\nLa prochaine r\u00e9union est pr\u00e9vue en d\u00e9cembre \u00e0 Bruxelles.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a title=\"Sotto la lente i trasporti
