{"id":94847,"date":"2021-03-04T12:41:31","date_gmt":"2021-03-04T12:41:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swissfederalism.ch\/michael-scholl-al-comando-dellufficio-federale-di-giustizia\/"},"modified":"2022-02-11T08:29:53","modified_gmt":"2022-02-11T08:29:53","slug":"michael-scholl-at-the-head-of-the-federal-office-of-justice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swissfederalism.ch\/en\/michael-scholl-at-the-head-of-the-federal-office-of-justice\/","title":{"rendered":"Michael Sch\u00f6ll at the head of the Federal Office of Justice"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Michael Sch\u00f6ll at the head of the Federal Office of Justice<\/h1>\n<h3><em>The current Deputy Director and Head of the Private Law Division will take office on September 1, succeeding the retiring Martin Dumermuth<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>On February 24, 2021, Michael Sch\u00f6ll, currently Deputy Director of the Office and Head of the Private Law Division, was appointed Director of the Federal Office of Justice.<br \/>\nHe will take office on September 1, 2021, succeeding Martin Dumermuth, who is retiring.<br \/>\nThe 47-year-old Michael Sch\u00f6ll, who has been at the Federal Office of Justice since January 1, 2009, has a broad academic background and many years of experience in private business and administration.<br \/>\nAs Deputy Director, he has proven that he has the specialist skills, management abilities and social skills required for leadership at the Federal Office of Justice.<\/p>\n<h3>Born in Romanshorn, Canton Thurgau,<\/h3>\n<p>Michael Sch\u00f6ll grew up in Romanshorn, Canton Thurgau, and studied law at the University of St. Gallen.
