In Switzerland, the majority of reported incidents occurred in the workplace or in the neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/swissfederalism.ch\/en\/switzerland-is-in-the-front-line-against-enforced-disappearances\/\"><strong>Switzerland leads the way against enforced disappearances<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The motive most often cited is xenophobia, followed by racism against blacks and hostility towards Muslims.
