Federal guarantee to the revised constitutions of three cantons<\/h1>\n

Berne proposes to Parliament that the revised constitutions of Zurich, Graub\u00fcnden and Neuch\u00e2tel be made subject to higher-order legislation<\/em><\/h3>\n

The Federal Council proposes to Parliament that the revised constitutions of the cantons of Zurich, Graub\u00fcnden and Neuch\u00e2tel be given federal guarantee.
\nAs shown in the message adopted by the Swiss government on December 3, 2021, all amendments are in accordance with federal law.<\/p>\n

The constitutional amendments relate to the following:<\/p>\n

Canton of Zurich:<\/strong>
\nThe threshold values of the financial referendum and the financial powers of the Grand Council and the State Council;<\/p>\n

Canton of Grisons:<\/strong>
\nthe introduction of the proportional system for the election of the Grand Council;<\/p>\n

Canton of Neuch\u00e2tel:<\/strong>
\nthe use of wind energy;
\nthe dismissal of members of the executive and judicial authorities;
\ntransport infrastructure.<\/p>\n
