After a welcome by Economy Minister Sabine Monauni, top manager Christoph Franz will explain why modern business leaders should place greater emphasis on conveying a sense of purpose and inspiring employees.<br \/>\nThese is one of the absolute best-known managers in the German-speaking world. The Risch Group is the Swiss leader in SARS-CoV-2 analysis.<br \/>\nA special project is the cooperation with the Swiss start-up Ava. COO Nami Benz will demonstrate during the &#8220;Enterprise Day&#8221; what leadership approaches are needed in a usually small company launching into the market on the wave of an innovative idea and how the current environment affects these processes.<br \/>\nAva has developed a smart bracelet for medical purposes. He is a co-founder and member of the management board of the Swiss digital agency Liip.<br \/>\nThe organization does not have a hierarchical management structure, so employees are autonomous and can actively participate in decision-making.
